About Us
Cerebral Action (C12N) was founded by Atri Chatterjee, who has spent almost 30 years in technology development and marketing, successfully leading four companies, two private and two public, as chief marketing officer (CMO). Atri built C12N to offer CMO-level services from strategy to execution.
As CMO at Zscaler (cloud security), Atri built the marketing organization into a worldwide team of more than 60. At Act-On Software (B2B marketing automation), he helped develop and execute a lead-to-revenue model that grew the company 15x in four years. At Secure Computing (NASDAQ: SCUR; enterprise security), he helped position the company as a leader in enterprise gateway security, and at McAfee.com (NASDAQ: MCAF, business-to-consumer security), he developed a viral go-to-market online strategy centered around the McAfee Security Center that enabled the company to exceed $100M in annual revenue with less than 250 employees .
